How do you ship orders?
Light parcels up to 2kgs are shipped by Czech post registered letter. No tracking number available, but cost is quite low. Order with the total weight over 2kgs must be shipped as a standard ekonomy parcel. This option has tracking numer. But shipping fee is much higher. So if you want lowest shipping rate, try to do not exeed 2kgs or split orders.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the order weight and destination. Light parcels are shipped as a registered letter with quite low shipping cost. But if you exeed 2kgs, we have to ship it as a standard parcel and it is much more expensive. To see estimated shipping rates find your country in the following table.
Important notice: If you pay by PayPal, we add 3,6% of the whole order amount. This is PayPal fee.
When I receive my order?
We ship your orders ussually within 1-3 days and delivery time is around 1-2 weeks.
